Job Description

Contract: Fixed Term - initially until 18 May 2018

Greensward Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced, confident and efficient person to the position of Human Resources Administrator.  The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills, the ability to work to deadlines and have strong attention to detail. This is a fixed term position and the working hours will be 37 hours, 5 days per week.  Part-time applications will also be considered.

The position involves a wide range of duties which include: providing confidential secretarial and administrative support to the HR Office, maintaining the staff information system, assisting with the recruitment process and project work. If you possess a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and IT skills then we would love to hear from you.
